body recomp and diet
hello, trying to find concrete info on dieting and body re comp, not cutting. Trying to put a new plan together and first and foremost trying to figure out where my calories need to be, so with re comp do i eat below maintenance and if so at what % below or eat maintenance? etc etc. links, advice and anything else would help a lot.

Well we need your stats to even begin to give you an answer. But When I first implemented a real performance diet into my training regimen it was a recomp. When I say performance diet I mean going from just trying to eat healthy and get lots of protein, to a planned diet with goal of hitting tdee at a 40/40/20 macro split daily. I ate at maint and upped my cardio a bit, I went from 12 to 10% bf and lost a few pounds....
