Looking for a diet plan .....
So I am 27 172lb 5'10" I usually get up around 6 am on work days and at 630 I eat a egg or two and pork , at noon I drink a protein drink and lots of water throughout the day supper usually around 7 and that is usually a steak 12 ounc with veggies and potatoes then usually hit the gym at 830 for 1-2 hrs then relax for an hour before bed .... When I'm off I wake up between 8-10 am eat eggs and a meat category do some chores around the house , water all day protein drinks for lunch and post work out , work out at 3 for 1-2 hrs usually consists of weight lifting not much running, eat supper around 6 same as above and bed around 10-11 . I am on a pretty intense cycle at the moment and am looking to bulk up to 200lb my cycle includes
Week 1-7 55mg Winnie / day
Week 1-10 10ml tren
Week 1-10 10ml test e
And arimidex .5 ml twice a week
I do 1 ml tren and 1 ml test e a week

looks to me like ur diet needs a lot of work. judging by the way u posted what u eat ur diet is not deliberate nor is it calculated. big mistake.
do u know how many cals ur eating?
do u know what ur macro split is?
i suggest u read the following 3 stickies:
1. how to bulk
2. dieting 101: cutting
3. tdee
also 10ml tren and 10ml test doesnt tell me how many mg ur doing.. is the test 200mg/mL or 100mg/mL or 400mg/mL???
also whats ur BF%?
how far into ur cycle are u?
all these things u should have gotten in order prior to starting ur cycle...

My tren is 150 mg/ ml and test is 250 mg/ ml I'm on roughly 2000-3000 cal a day , 3 weeks into my cycle I've gained 9 my body fat % is 17% and macro split??? Any direction will be taken swiftly for corrective actions ...

glad to see you post in here.
macros is macro nutrients. So for example 200grams of protien 300 grams of carbs.
You say you eat 2000 -3000 calories. Do you know how this is broken up into carbs, protein and fats?
Also a 1000 calorie variation is huge. That can make or break you. you need to narrow that downIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I have read a lot and learned a lot in the last 12 hrs I will over the next couple days track everything closely but I do plan on cont. my cycle I will get my gains, and the advice is appreciated plus I got my Pct ordered but not sure on hGC if I will require it

So I have read all the stickies and the bulking one I found very usefull . I figured that at 5'10" and 173 pounds I need Roughly 1900 cal to maintain my size! So according to the how to bulk sticky if I amp that up to around 2500-2600 cal I would gain so now for trial I guess any input would be appreciated

if ur bf% is 17% its too high to be cycling IMO. u should be between 10-12% when starting a cycle. the winstrol isnt gonna do much with bf% that high. ur also more susceptible to negative sides.
IMO u should stop cycling and pct and then cut..
also what r u trying to do? whats ur goal? it looks like ur bulking? also bad idea at 17%bf

My brother fuc&ed up on my body fat % I ment to change it but forgot to. I am 14 % on the dot.i am trying to bulk my goal is 200 lb 5-8% body fat

And 405 I respect everything you've said but stopping isn't an option I screwed up and my pct is on route but this is my second cycle , a year ago I did sust 250 10 ml over 5 weeks so two shot a week my diet was the shit so my gains were snotty to say the least , health wise I believe I am in good health , I work in the oilfield roughly 12 - 18 hrs a day and it is physically demanding , so to say the least I will make changes and adjustments BUT won't stop

yeh i figd that
if ur 172 and hope to get to 200 and 5-8%bf on this cycle i think ur gonna be disappointed. sounds like a good and ambitious overall goal but i dont think thats achievable in one cycle from where ur currently at..
personally at 14% id be more concerned about cutting than bulking. if ur going to bulk u want to eat in surplus of ur tdee.. i suggest u calculate ur tdee and post a revised diet cuz the one above is not spot on.. to drop bf u should have to eat in a caloric deficit.. to add muscle u have to eat in a surplus.. tren , test is a good combo for either but its prob not gonna happen like u hope ( in one cycle)..

If you’re looking to lose weight properly, you will need to start eating a high protein and low carb diet. Along with your food you will also need to include some HIIT of cardio to support burning the calories that you take in. have any of you heard of the Dukan weight loss diet plan? It works in 4 planned stages and does not restrict portion quantities. Since you are into building muscle, eating protein will work best for you as it helps to lose fat. It’s liberating to not keep counting the calories in this diet. Give it a shot.
