    Can I get an inspection on my diet/plan?

    225lbs
    20.6 BF
    176 LBM

    TDEE 2,670 cal (15 x 178 LBM)
    Restricting to 2,200

    Dropping from 225lbs to 195lbs

    Protein 1,348 cal:

    3 eggs
    7oz chicken
    7oz ground beef
    2 cans tuna

    Carbs 451 cal:

    1/2 cup oats
    1 cup brown rice
    1 sweet potato
    20oz spinach
    1 cup broccoli

    Fats 440 cal:

    1 Tbs 3-6-9 oil
    1 Tbs ground flax
    2 Tbs olive oil
    20 almonds

    How is this looking?

    why did u start another thread with the same thing u posted in the other one???? i told u in the other thread food choices look good. macro split is pretty much 60/20/20..

    No, I changed the whole thing using your recommendations. I used LM x 15 instead of the other formula like you said to. My calories are higher. And my food choices changed a bit. And I change the ratio from 40/40/20 to 60//20/20. I thought it was a good idea to start a new thread since I made so many changes, no?

    Your calories are higher using LBM x 15 than when using one of the TDEE formulas? Interesting...

    FYI Katch/McArdle TDEE 225lbs 20.6%bf = 2120BMR/ 3286TDEE (when using 1.55)

    on a side note 1.2multiplier puts him at 2544

    1.375 = 2915

    im a nerd i know.. thought u mite wanna know GB and prob would not run the numbers urself!

    also to get katch to = (LBM x 15) itd be (BMR x 1.26)
