Whats your favorite small fast meal ?

Mine is a plan rice cake with all natural peanut butter with cinnamon on top

cottage cheese with sugar free strawberry preserves stirred in and sliced banana mixed in

YUMMY! before bed with almond butter

Snack:
I always keep a container of cooked 95% lean ground beef on hand. I cook it with a Tbs of tamato paste. Pull it out of the fridge, dig a spoon in, and take a few bites of flavorful protein!

Sweet Cheat:
Slice of apple with skippy peanut butter

Can of tuna or canned chicken Or I cook up a bunch of lean ground turkey add salsa and its good cold.

deadlyd i gotta say I love you avatar, made me laugh. I love almonds, let them soak in some eggs sprinkle with cinnamon and toast in the oven and there a great healthy snack all week.
