Well I started a new job at a new location and kinda have no ventilation and I walk 30+ blocks in the morning and 30+ blocks in the evening and during the day it's constant movement as an electrician

Personally i think I'm about 175-177 at 9% body fat....now as far as this big city.... (nyc is pretty big)

    I'm on a 5:29 am train....
walk 30+ blocks at 6:20am to get to work by 7
followed by working (construction site) a lot of walking up and down stairs to floors ( 15 different )
followed by 8-11 hours of work with 1 break sometimes maybe 2 if we stay overtime
followed by 30+block walk back to penn station

now i could cut the walking and use the subway but I'm getting cardio in and I'm saving $
