Types of Meat Compatible with Garnish Besides Chicken Breast?
Hey guys,
Thus far I have only been able to identify the chicken breast is the only source of lean meat protein, so you can eat veggies on the side without worrying about combining fat with carbs, but if you eat any other type of meat such as steak or fish, it must only be consumed on it's own, because it contains fat?

None of that matters. What matters is what you're consuming in protiens, carbs and fats per meal for a proper total in calories at the end of the day based on your TDEE.

Fish, man. . . . . Straight cod fillets and green vegetables. That for sure has contributed to my 30+ pound weight loss.

But the fish also contains fat ... And the stickies saya never combine fat and carbs .. Im so scared now I cant eat normal breakfast Ive been starving myself because I have to wait every hour after I consume carbs before I can have anything that has fat in it I threw away all my milk and peanut butter ...
