Been a while since I last posted. No worries to anyone that checks in on this thread I am still active gym and board wise!
I 'feel' great lately. I am not lethargic and have been getting plenty of sleep. I am eating very well and hitting the gym hard and fast. In an out in 45 or so.
I also am very confident in myself. I go to the gym and of course there are guys who are: A. Stronger or B. better aesthetic shape or C. better physical shape but not many who have it all. Now I know I will never be as strong as some of these guys with 70inch barrel chest and a waist to go with it nor will I look as cut as the 135lb 5'3 guy but I can out lift most, look better than most, and do it all at a reasonable bf and weight (est 15%, 215 @ 6'2.5). I know that if I keep pushing myself I can break through some of my own goals (BSD of 1300+ @ 220 or less) as well as crush the rest.
I would like to get down to about 205-210 at 12% bf and then go on a lean bulk. I am not dieting now though, just maintaining through PCT. EVEN THOUGH I am off gear I am still putting up PRs!

i think we have to make the most of what we are given. there are some things we can't change, so focus on what we are able to accomplish : )
you are very consistent with training and diet so i have confidence in you achieving your goal!

Thanks girly!
I try and have a no quit attitude in the gym. I have seen so many people hit mental failure a rep or two or more before actual muscle failure happens. The only time I stop before my muscle gives out is if my shoulder or neck acts up. Not worth the injury. I am, however, working on strnegthing both of them so I am less prone to injury!

had a great workout today
hit legs heavy
sqauat 330x5,5,5,5 used a fellow gym members belt, felt great. will have to buy a similar one
dead 355x3,2,1,1
Smith machine ascending squat
140x5, 160x5 180x5
other day when I did chest i learned how to 'feel it'. every rep i felt my chest being destroyed, really excited for the next few months for my bench
doign a contest against my friend, whoever can have the best increases in bench, dead, squat, clean
bench - 270
dead - 410?
squat - 380
clean - 165
goes from nov 1 to feb 1!

Great workout today!
Bench 225x5,5,5,5 had a spot on all sets but didn't get any assistance. Really focused on eccentric 4-5 seconds down and pushing the weight away with my chest. My usual sticking point in bottom 3 inches was non existent. Just pushed through smoothly. Was awesome!
Supported tbar row. 115x5,5,5,5
Super set with lat pull down 70x7,7,6,5
Incline bench 135x10
Giant set 145x5, 165x5, 185x2
Chest fly machine. 190x10 230x10,10

Just had an awesome leg workout!
Leg press 600x10,10,10
Lying leg curl 90x10,8 80x7
Seated calf raise 120x10,10,10
Smith machine hack squat 180x10,10,7
Pushed it hard today. Slow controlled reps, powerful explosive on the way up. Work might be tough tonight and tomor.
Either be sorry today or sore tomorrow.

Slight pull in my back. Lower lumbar next to tail bone. May take tomorr off.
Got two friends seeing how many times they can pull 405 on Monday. Should be interesting!

I have been consistently burning off fat without really trying. I am stronger now then ever before (except DL and I'm 20lb lighter than before and I injured my hamstring so I'm cool with that). I put myself around 14% bf,which I am very proud of. I am still aiming for 10% before Jan 1.
My son was due yesterday but is overdue. My real cut will begin a week after he is born as I will be taking a much needed week off (think of it as a deload) for his first week.
My workouts are getting very intense. I rest the minimum I need between sets and each rep is done giving it my all and really 'feeling' it in the target muscle.
I'm thinking about buying Oylmpic lifting shoes. See how money is in a bit.
My next cycle I am leaning towards Tren ace and test prop , while it is only my 2nd cycle, Atomomi has steered me that way with his guide and my own further readings. From what I have read (besides test) I don't think anything else is even comparable or worth the sides(pros/cons).
Cheers!
