    How's my diet looking?

    TDEE is 3178.

    3 tablets Controlled Labs: Orange TRIad, 6 softgels Optimum Nutrition: Enteric Coated Fish Oil Softgels

    12.5mg Sarmssearch MK-2866 Sample 30ML 25mg/ML (OSTA-SARMS) ED, .25mg Ar-r LiquiDex 30mL 1mg/mL EOD.

    shsm welcome..

    hard to follow that above diet man. i think the supps make it difficult + im tired and dont feel like picking thru it..

    maybe tomorrow. in the mean time what r ur complete stats? age weight height bf%?

    tdee sounds high depending..

    Thanks. Sorry about that man, color coordinated it to try to make it easier.

    19, 172, 5'10, 12%.

    I was skeptical about my TDEE too. I do P90X and switch out Yoga X with Cardio X. Results are amazing so far.
