Well usually I end my day with meal 7 around 10-1030pm and It's usually 1scoop casein (trutein protein), and 1-2Tbsp Nuts N More Natty PB. Anyways tonight I had ended up making an extra Eye of round steak and I was wondering if eating that with some spinach and 1 Tbsp PB would be better?
