need'a lose me some fats!
Im a fairly big guy.. im 6ft 2.. 17.6 stone.. and about 25-30% BF.
Ive been lifting weight for about 5 years now but have never been vain with my appearance. For me i just wanted increased strength.
Now, im going to Thailand for the full moon party in December and need to cut fat. Because this has never been my forte i have no idea where to begin.
Could someone please do me a basic fat loss training programme and diet programme i could follow? and any tips shared would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to just lose as much fat as possible and preserve as much muscle as i can.

Welcome!
Very unlikely anybody is going to take the time to write you up a complete program, but if you come up with one, we'll certainly help you sort it out. There is a lot to be learned here, but you have to do the legwork.
