    please take a rough glance at my diet and let me know what you think

    without listing macros etc if you could just take a glimce at my diet and let me know what you think, this is just giving you a rough idea of the foods i eat, im on cycle at the moment of propionate & anadrol and am trying to keep gains lean so heres my diet
    meal 1: 2 cups raw oats (roughly 80g) , 6 egg whites, 25g whey protein all blended with water
    WORKOUT
    meal 2: 40g whey protein, banana
    meal 3: chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice (roughly 60g)
    meal 4: 4 egg whites, 25g whey protein, banana all blended with water
    meal 5: 100g tuna fish, 4-5 heads brocoli
    meal 6: 200g cottage cheese, red apple
    when i say cup im comparing to a typical sized cup most use for a cup of tea.
    good diet for lean solid gains & keeping the fat off ?

    when i say cup im comparing to a typical sized cup most use for a cup of tea.

    preety good all in all, if you worked out your TDEE and macros it could be perfect

    Macros + Stats define the positive or negative potential of ur diet. ur food choices look ok but if we cant properly determine that ur eating them in the right quantity we have no way of telling u if this diet is good or not.

    age weight height bf%???

    total cals and macros??
