i know some people on the site use psyllium husks (me included) as a fibre means although psyllium husk works well, i found mixing them into my shakes a bit sickly.
i recently came across inulin and bought some and that seems to do the trick, although ive never seen or heard it being mentioned on here. just thought id give you guys and gals a heads up on it. its a tasteless white powder thats water soluble, can mix it in to tea/coffee and not even know its there. its a bit more expensive than psyllium husk but defo worth the extra pennies IMO.
