I didn't realize lunk had a log not that llunk was cutting. I was confused until today
Did stem adjust your tdee down. I am curious cuz I think calculation is too high for me so I shave a some off!!!

Well 2 days of being sick as a dog and throwing up 4 X. Finally ate a bowl of soup last night and 1 today. This along with diareaha!
