    Help with bulking and cutting

    Hey guys. My diet was pretty incheck for a while but recently I moved back in with Dad so it was too hard to clean bulk.

    My bulk consisted of:
    meal 1 : cereal, glass of milk and 4 toast with pb or margerine
    meal 2 : Pasta with sauce, glass of milk
    meal 3 : Chicken, glass of milk
    meal 4 : Protein shake
    Meal 5 : full pizza (around 1200cals)
    Meal 6 : protein before bed
    Also, I was snacking all day and eating ice cream and bunch of junk... I could not gain any weight... this was at 200lb. (started at 164lbs initially)

    Now since my stretch marks around armpit area was getting pretty bad i decided to cut:
    Meal 1: Cereal, glass of milk
    Meal 2: protein shake+milk
    meal 3 : 1/2 pizza OR chicken
    Meal 4: protein shake+ 10 egg whites

    A little bio on me: I hate most meats, I am very fussy, that's why there's so much milk in my diet. Also, telling me to eat veggies won't do much.. ill eat them for a week and stop. I also have a hard time eating big amounts of chicken I've found that making a sub (bread, chicken, cheese, sauce, meat) has helped consume around 80g protein within minutes.

    Just looking for some advice, I'm currently 200lbs to 188lbs, and its been 6 weeks.

    If you want the results, you've got to dig in deep and endure the misery of cutting. Cereal and pizza shouldnt be part of cutting diet!

    Cutting isn't fun, if it's fun you're doing wrong.

    Do you now your TDEE? You need to know how many calories your body needs a day and also how many calories you are eating! Too big of an offset between these can hinder progress after a period of time and too little will not yield the results your are wanting.

    Find out your TDEE, BODYFAT %.
    You need to set up a diet plan with a good macros split.
    Read stickies in the nutrition forum page, especially;
    Dieting 101 ; cutting.


    Also what exercise routine do you do, weights, cardio?

    Agreed.


    You need to figure out your TDEE and diet macros. Once you have these figures a diet is much easier to follow. If you just dive in blindly you are wasting time.

    I was eating between 3500-4000 before. I'm assuming maintenance was around 3500 because I wasn't gaining.

    Now I eat 1/2 pizza
    cereal
    protein
    = under 1500 cals, same protein.

    I know 1500 is way under, but i think my metabolism slows and speeds up if that makes sense??

    Also, BF is around 17%, although my ass seams to have gained weight, so i'd say MAX 20%..

    TDEE = 2656 cals to 3000 depending on amount of exercise.
