help needed, novice with too many different egos at gym

I have been training roughly 2 years and have seen a big difference, but not where I want to be,
Im looking for some expert advice on a diet to reduce body fat that is practical to fit into my busy work n family schedule, I'm very determined and would stick to what ever you offer as if it were the Bible, also would like insight on a training program to match thanks again.

    Hey rapps,

Best thing to do here is to post your Full stats including body fat percentage. And then post your typical diet as it is right now for critique. Be as detailed with diet as possible. Also let us know what your goals are with your stats.

What do you mean comp stats? That was the bmr calculation

    Men: BMR = 66 + (13.7 x weight in kg) + (5 x height in cm) - (6.8 x age in years)

    66+1374.52+914.4-170
    *1.375=
    3,004.27

I mean how am i to know if u calculated ur bmr correctly without ur stats?????????

Weight, bodyfat percentage.. These 2 stats r what u use to calculate ur bmr.

If i dont know what they are how am i gonna know if u calculated it correctly???

Not to mention IMO that is an inferior formula.

Easier and better IMO is: (LBM x 15)

You gotta be 500-1000 calories below your daily calories burned, it really is that simple
