    maintaining BF while still gaining

    Age: 19
    height: 172cm
    Weight: 77kg
    Bf: 12 - 14%
    Goal: To add lean mass

I'm currently trying to maintain my Bf (Even dropping it down to 10%) while still gaining muslce, My current diet looks something like this

    Meal 1:
    150g Kangaroo meat
2 slices of Multigrain Gluten free bread
    20 Almonds

    Meal 2:
    200g Tuna
    Apple
    Banana

    Meal3:
    150g Chicken
    sweet potatoe
    Brocoli
    grapes

    Meal 4:
    International protien Extreme mass shake

    Meal 5: (Pre workout)
    250g Red meat
    Whole grain gluten free pasta

    Meal 6: (Post workout
    Creatine, Protein shake, Night multivitamen

    Bed.

I no Meal 4 is a little shitty but food is not an option at all as im usually in the car driving home from work, it still has adequate protein and complex carbs so better than having nothing..

    Any thoughts please share

What is your TDEE and what are the macros in the diet you have listed?

it can be done, but gaining while keeping stable bf% is not very easy and takes A LOT of tweaking of your diet which is why most people bulk in the winter and start cutting around April or so. Besides, you're 19, you should have no issues keeping your bf low.. your metabolism should still be plenty high.

It depends on your carb sensitivity... only you can know that

for me, 180g protein is too low (you should be at 250g .. 1.5g per lb)

I make lean gains at as low as 150g carbs a day.. but I'm very sensitive.. I know people who eat like 400g and make great lean gains
