    Max results. Dialing my diet in.

    Using a relatively moderate dose of test e. 250 ml each week for 12 weeks, I'm 2 weeks in. My advanced buddy tells me I'm under eating and wasting my money and time. I know I need a calorie surplus to add mass/ strength. And with injections and hard training my appetite is up. But I could use some structure and advice on portion size, timing of meals etc. Thanks,
