What does your diet look like right now?

How many cals, pro, carbs, and fat are u getting in each meal?

I bet the pro power lifters that you speak of know exactly what and how much food/cals they are ingesting.

What are your specific goals? Timeframe?

    campbells chicken noodle soup? WTF!

i bet you will not find that anywheres in any of these threads!

why is your throat swollen, glands? infection?

you will never meet your goals eating what you want!

how can we comment on your diet when you do not post times and foods that you eat.

no one is just going to give you diet and say try this. you need to do some homework!

You gotta change up from that eat whatever i see diet your currently doing or else it'll be really hard to drop a few pounds. And without your daily calories, and macros, thats like doing a test and hoping not to fail without even having studied. It'll be really hard...

If you have a good blender, drop some cooked steak, sweet potatoes, and veggies in it and purée that stuff and drink it!

Way better than canned anything when you're sick. Those soups are loaded with salt and fat and are some of the worst things to eat.

I have this collection. Only thing I don't like is that sooooooooo (ooooooooooooo...) many of the recipes are loaded with protein powder... Not a fan of cooking with protein powder myself, but there is a few things I like in the book. The rest of the collection is a waste of memory on my hard-drive. Just my opinion...
