Best nutrition is fresh. The only thing I buy frozen occasionally is fish and chicken but almost all the time my fish, chicken, beef is fresh from the butcher.

I prepare it the night before. Ok, that's a lie, my hot Asian wife (HAW) prepares it the night before. Lol.

She usually has 4 or 5 meals ready for me to go in the morning. I eat 2 or three more at home before/after work.

I used to prepare my meals a day or two before so I had them ready to go. Now the good little HAW does a great job making sure I eat enough.

You would think by now A Pro BodyBuilder would have a line of frozen foods out there for this reason

The problem with any frozen or pre-made foods are the preservatives. Many have a lot of added salt to maintain "freshness" and give them a longer shelf life.

The only thing I'd suggest is prepping up your own microwave ready meals and freezing them in take away tubs...

Just go and look through the frozen section or fresh at the ready meals and think what you could emulate and freeze....

^^^Agreed. That would be the only frozen food I'd eat.
