    Help with Bulking Up please

    Im 140~ 5 8 tall 22 yrs i will post pictures soon, I decided to be natrual even though i was considering using dbol .

    Im starting from scratch with this so thanks to anyone who will help. Im looking just to gain weight however i can, iv struggled with this my whole life and im sick of being so skinny.

    where should i start? My current diet doesnt matter as im looking to start from scratch

    1. A LOT OF CARBS 500g+/day (but good ones!!)
    2. Protein around 150 - 200g/day (real ones not shakes only!!)
    2. Healty fats around 80g/day

    Go shopping, then sit on your butt, look at the nutrition tables of each, write down meal plan consisting these nutritions split to 5-6meal.

    Found it!

    So due to our prior conversation, first thing u need to do is figure out your bf% so u can get ur lbm(lean body mass) this will give u a starting point a far as calorie and macro consumption. Then u need to have some kind of plan on how you are going to achieve this. Because u are going to have to eat SO much, u get sick of eating!

    Just based on him being 140lbs (at 5'8 mind you), you know with such certainty he needs 500+ grams of carbs? Wow, I wish I could calculate people's caloric/macro requirements that easily without asking as much as a single question!

    OP - post up those pics ASAP. I'm guessing you have no idea of your BF%, although I'd venture to guess it's low based on your height/weight. Reserving advice until I know for sure however.

    Agreed...all 500g of carbs is gonna do is make him fat! He needs enough carbs to promote constant glycogen fulfillment and prevent protein breakdown via glycogenisus. Carbs give you energy to stay anabolic , anything extra is stored as body fat to use energy later, which if he is eating right he should get all the energy he needs. I'm 208 and I would bulk with 370ish carbs (40% of 3700 calories)...

    this is shit advice dont listen to it. 500+g of carbs a day? Are you kidding me? Ya he will gain weight, and it will be mostly from fat. What the hell is the point of gaining if you just look like a fat ass?

    Why do you recommend against shakes? Shakes are perfectly fine to use as a source of protein as long as you are getting other sources of protein as well.
