Trying to get rid of that last bit of belly fat.
I eat 300g protein per day and currently 60 complex carbs per day, I also eat a lot of vegetables. My protein comes from whey, chicken, turkey, casein, fish and occasionally lean red meat. My carbs come from oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, fruit, brown pasta. I also take 20g dextrose per and post workout.

My workout consists of weight training 5 days a week and 30 min cardio 6 days a week.

Does this seem like a solid plan to get very lean?

Should I lower my protein intake?? That's where the majority of my calories come from.

I'm under the impression that I have 45 min after weight training to consume protein and dextrose. If I up the cardio will I not miss this window?

A good place to start is to get 40% of the daily kcals from protein, 40% from carbs, and 20% or LESS from fat.

I've never based a diet on calories, how many should I shoot for a day?
