Don't forget your fibre. All that protein and no fibre could result into some painful dumps ?

gonna assume u meant me LOL.. (ive been called 305 before )

chikn breast yes baked bone-in and skin on. when done remove the meat and discard the bone and skin. my wife has it pretty well figured out about how much the ave breast weighs and how much cookd meat that yields. ill ask her for u so u will get an idea if u like..

ground beef 96% fat free can be cooked in EVOO but i usually cook mine with just some pam sprayed in the pan. ive got a new method i LOVE that im doing lately: i open the meat (i get one pound packs and cook the whole thing) and pull a hunk off and hold it in my hand over the skillet. i then pull with my thumb, index finger, and middle finger a decent clump (think big bite size) of meat off and drop it in the pan. i do this with all the meat so i basically have a pan full of bite sized clumps.

from here i use sea salt (i grind mine) and a decent amount (i like salt!) i grind over the meat along with black pepper, cayenne pepper, and a LOT of garlic powder. by now the meat is starting to sizzle so i use my rubber spatula to mix it around being careful not to break the clumps into smaller clumps. once its kind of going good in the pan i hit it all again with the same spices noted above and then remove the meat when it is medium rare to rare on the inside. basically the big clumps allow the outside to cook and the inside to stay medium rare to rare (which is how i like my beef).

because of this it isnt dry at all! and melts in ur mouth! freaking good as a mofo!

i also like mixing my beef with brn rice all in a big bowl with some reduced sugar heinz ketchup and garlic powder and tabasco. i then eat it out of the bowl with a big spoon! one of my favs..

405 I bet you could cook that beef in meatballs in the oven with some onion and peppers and you'd like it even more once you find that perfect heat and cook time

It'll lock the juice in better and if you chop onions, pepper, garlic and mix into the balls baking will lock all those juices in too.. And it shouldn't take much longer either since you like meat rare (the best way lol)..

I think you'd have to add a carb in there to, like some oats wouldn't u? Idk why but my mom always made meatloaf and put bread crumbs or crackers in it. She said it would hold the meat together, without it it falls apart

I may have to do a meatloaf tonight! Groung beef with just a little ranch seasoning is good but gets old. Oh yea and 90% lean is $3.50 per lb and boneless/ skinless breast is less than $2 per lb. Dont have 96% beef at sams club.

Yea 405. Prob is all these crumb snatchers will eat half of it so I have to go a little cheaper and drain of fat. I guess that makes a difference? Im bulking anyways so I dont guess the 6% will kill me.

Do not fear shakes. I like to keep food as my primary sources but 2 shakes a day to augment protein intake is fine in my opinion. As well as economical.

2 scoops protein powder, 2 cups cottage cheese, 2 cans tuna, 8oz chicken breast, 4-5 whole eggs, and 1 scoop of protein powder mixed with 1c oatmeal...at least thats what a usual day looks like for me when it comes to my protein intake.

I use ground turkey instead of beef, mix in some steel cut oats, garlic, powder mustard, oregano, thyme, a little worcestershire, tobacco (I'm really into the chipotle right now), onion and celery. Make balls into a muffin tin and voila, turkey meatballs!!!
