    giv me a diet plan

    alright i need a diet plan for an ectomorph ... i want a good diet that can help me get at least 3000 calories a day and not make me vomit :/ i can barely eat 1500 calories a day .. i mostly drink hi calcium milk like 700ml 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon to help complete my calories thing but i want to u to giv me some other bodybuilding supplements like tell me the names of which protein shake i should buy or creatine for me to gain muscle .. and i got 2 years training exp but got no results cuz i never ate right

    Post up your daily diet with macros and cals so we can help ya out.

    We also need your goals and stats (height/weight/age/bf%)

    like RC said we need complete stats + complete diet u have been eating up to this point including total cals and macros.

    no one is gonna give u a diet. we can make recommendations and suggestions but ur gonna have to do the work. sounds like u already know part of the answer (ur not eating properly)..

    protein shakes are good for getting in protein but they arent a must IMO and neither is creatine.

    DIET is where the results will come from.
