    lean Bulking diet for my deca sus dbol

    I am back to the basics to the classic sus deca dbol !!! Wt do u think a lean bulking diet plan should fit that cycle!!

    plus I think you're overtraining. Way too many sets.

    Yup 178 but consider that i am 5"4 tall, and when i started weight lifting i was 128 lb. almost 50 lbs gains since i started!!
    Wt progress u did since started lifting????

    at 5'4" 178lbs is pretty respectable IMO.

    Yup. My buddy has those exact stats and is in incredible shape, and stronger than i am.

    Not to get off topic but I would agree less sets and less reps , heavier wieght!
