bulking diet advice
Hi
what do you reccon of my diet for bulking up
bear in mind that I am eating twice as much now as when I wasn't training, my age size and height.
I feel like I cannot eat any more than this my belly is always full and bloated. sorry for being crude but sometimes when I try eat more I burp and food starts to back up like Im on a full tank. I could possibly change my whey protien for weight gainer and have doubble like 4 servings a day as I would find that easier than eat more. What do you think?
Morning
protien shake 30g
fruit
3 whole meal toast and 3 eggs
snaks in between
sandwidges or a chicken or steak pastie
cottage chese
nuts
dinner
2 tins of tuna
bowl of pasta or potatoes
veg or salad
snaks
fruit and nuts
cottage chese
tea
big sunday dinner
2 or 3 chicken breasts
2 potatoes
load of steamed veg
2 slices of wholemeal bread
snaks
cottage chese
nuts
Supper
2 slices of chese on tost
or egg on tost
protien shake 30g
I drink lots of water also and I threw the pastie in there to see if it woud add to my weight gain and as I live in Cornwall the pasties are massive and are full of prime chicken breast or steak & vedge not like the supermarket or Greggs crap. The only badness in them is the salt content that will be in the pastry.

What's your bodyfat %? If you don't know, please post a pic.
What are the macro's for each meal above?
Your goals?
Your food choices are quite poor and this needs an overhaul but that can only be done if we know your bf?NO SOURCES GIVEN

dont realy know my bf but heres a pic
and my food choice is poor? realy? ...i'm gutted then as i thaught i was doing realy well seen as my diet most of my life has been beer cider pizza and chips!! seems i cant do owt right at the min..
I thaught lots of vegies salad prime chicken breast cottage chese potatoes pasta and protein shake is what most boddy builders live off?
now im confused mate

i dont know the exact macros for the above but have it all wrote down somewhare I used to write it all down 2 years ago then stopped as i was eating the same stuff and didnt see the point anymore.. Il dig them out

yer I know Soar I used to write everything down till I thaught I got the perfect diet for me eg: stuff I like high in Protien low in fats good balance of carbs etc.. I just have to find that book again as I dont want to be sat reading lables of tins and packets again and calculating everything for the next week lol did all that before its hassle.. hope I find that book and yer my head lol I didnt like the pic was pulling a silly face haha

Sorry mate, I was looking at 2 different plans at the same time. Food choices not horrendous but could be better.
Can we get a pic hands down by your side and showing stomach area?

sorry havent been able to get back on here latley ,dont have a smartphone mate for the app is they a xp version?
Gonna scrapp my diet anyway and start from scratch. New cycle after new year gonna try put on another half of stone . my goal idealy would be 14 stone bf around 20% or lower then in the summer Im gonna cut up. I have seen some examples of bf and I reccon I am around 20% bf at the min. Il have a read at some example diets and try one of those I want to go for 1.5 boddy weight per pound for protien six meals a day so should be ok with around 50g of protien per meal. I never measure my carbs but have lots of vedge brown bred, brown rice, potatoes, vedgies everyday so should be fine. but like i said il try one of the example diets see how it goes. cheers guys

Ive looked at some examples but some things are not realy the type of stuff i realy eat. if i give a list of the foods i like and usaly eat can someone give me an example of good bulking diet from the ingredients? I don't mind eating the same every day if it works for me'

your diet isn't that bad, just take out some of the bread lol, and if you want you can try this out for your protein shakes (when im bulking i have 3 of these a day, meal 1 and pre and post workout):

hey guys Ive just started writing my macro's down again for my meals and just realised that in my 2 tins of tuna, pasta and tomato with mayo mix snack they was 56g of fat in the serving of mayo I was having fuc*ing hell lol didnt realise that. Gonna have to find an alternitave but this cheap tuna in spring water tastes like crap without it..

ketchup and tuna YUCK lol ,, I made my own recipie mate
2 tins of Aldi Tuna chunks in springwater
1tsp of light mayo
lemon juice
black pepper
paprika
mixed with tomatoes peppers and cuecumber tastes bloody lovely and all that fats gone
I like to eat tuna as it gives me a varied diet I already eat lots of chicken cant realy afford the beef. Food prices in the UK are getting fking astronomical. I dont know what we are all going to do in a few years. A loaf of bread is over 1.60 at my local shop and 2ltr milk is now 1.20. and not much cheeper in the supermarkets'
So eat and get big now while we still can.. If i had a garden Id grow my own vedgies and chickens
