Daily Meals?
i was just wondering what kind of meals ya'll ate daily? also, how many calories - proteins - carbs - fats are in your diet?
i'm tring to come up with a good low calorie (2,808), low fat (94 grams), high protein (325grams) diet. i'm not sure how many calories this meal totals up too but here goes:
Breakfast:
3 egg whites
6 slices of cooked bacon
Super Vitamin Pak
1 cup of oat meal
Orange Juice
Pre-Work Out:
2 packets of Complete Creatine Effervescent Power
1 Diurlean
1 Zenotrope
WORK OUT
CARDIO
Post-Work Out:
4oz Pasta
ABB PurePro Drink
Meal 4:
1 cup oatmeal
1 banana
1 serving of ISOpure Zero Carb
1 serving of L-Glutamine Power
Meal 5:
1.5 cups oatmeal
1 serving Pro M3
2 peices skinless chicken breast
Snack
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup tomato soup
1 cup low fat 2% cottage cheese
any comments / suggestions?

separate the carbs and fat into separate meals
