looking for foods to help with this im currently just eating chn beef eggwhites nuts gallon or more of water just need advice to put it together for morning noon and night also should i drink protein shakes @ 30grams of protein per shake.

I dont know my TDEE but im on a sales floor and standing and walking all day long 120,000sqft show room
