my first diet.
Stats: 6 foot. 245Lbs.
TDEE-3102
Ill be running test prop and pgcl.
Pgcl week 1-3
Prop weeks 1-8 not sure on doses yet.
I figured while I run the pgcl I up my cardio and just eat my regular tdee. With a 40/40/20 split. Then once pgcl is finished I up my calories to 3600. With the same macro split? Not sure yet.
Does this seem okay?
The goal is to drop much bodyfat. But pgcl makes u lose muscle that why I added a short ester and gonna eat my normal calories. Then gain the weight back but musle of course.
