    my first diet.

    Stats: 6 foot. 245Lbs.
    TDEE-3102
    Ill be running test prop and pgcl.
    Pgcl week 1-3
    Prop weeks 1-8 not sure on doses yet.
    I figured while I run the pgcl I up my cardio and just eat my regular tdee. With a 40/40/20 split. Then once pgcl is finished I up my calories to 3600. With the same macro split? Not sure yet.
    Does this seem okay?
    The goal is to drop much bodyfat. But pgcl makes u lose muscle that why I added a short ester and gonna eat my normal calories. Then gain the weight back but musle of course.

    This post has nothing really to do with your diet.... you haven't posted any foods, macros or your daily caloric intake.

    But first of all.... you're 18 years old.... the last thing you need to be doing is using aas... please stop the madness and just focus on diet only and cutting naturally.
