    Last minute Diet advice - or tips?

    Hey everyone.....I usually eat pretty good - but always looking for new tricks tips or advice.....
    I just started an ANAVAR cycle,...which in a week will be VAR & TEST .... and Im trying to each as good and clean as possible....heres a basic outline: 6 days a week - friday is my Cheat day


    12pm - wake up
    1pm - gym, fasted cardio, 25 min
    Protein Shake, granola bar or oatmeal
    2pm - weight training, 45 min
    3pm - grilled chicken or plain cold cuts
    5pm - - 6inch Subway Sandwich (buffalo chicken)
    9pm - grilled chicken with tomatoes
    2am - grilled chicken with tomatoes

    Occasionally I will order Moose/elk medallions are eat them for dinner - but they are hard to get in my area


    Also - along with TEST, VAR, HGH, and HCG , I also take ....
    b12, Rasberry Ketones, CLA, Kadzu Root, calcium and Omega 3 oils

    Are you calculating total cals and macros?

    yes! thanks to you lol .....ever since you explained it to me - i started - and I use an app on my phone --- bro - it made losing a few pounds like simple math - so i stay under 40 grams of fat -- which usually I stay WAY under...and protien above 200grams - and my total cals i try to keep at like 1800

    Wow, at 1800 the weight should be falling off! I eat almost that much at breakfast. Congrats bro.

    Are you still leaning out? What's your end goal?

    Well yea now it is ....i am back to dropppin 2 to 3 lbs a week.....im at 240 now -- goal is 220

    I was down to 236 - but then gained and went back to like 250 - and got back into the swing again 2 weeks ago - already down to 240

    Thanks .....my girl gained 8 lbs too over the last 2 months and she is all worried she will gain more - but for me - i see it as a good thing. We HARDCORE dieted for 18 months....I lost 110, she lost 28....and we were at it everyday. So we took 2 months off yea - and we gained a little weight - but I see it as now - im ready to get back in the game and double what i did the first time.....ya know? I feel like this is a second wind that I needed.....cause the first round I was stuck at 240 for months --- now I know ill be seeing 220 very soon!
