    Feedback on diet please

    Hi everyone,

I've learnt a lot since being actively involved in these forums and spent 6 month reading before I even decided to join. I need you guys to comment on my diet and let me know if this is good for muscle building.
    A little about myself:
38 year old me. Been training solid for the last 6 months. Been on hgh for 2 months. I'm 173cm tall and have been on a low carb diet for a while and lost 11 kgs. Was 86kgs and now I'm 75. I plan to use hgh for at least 6 months and once everything is in check I would like to get on Test-E and Deca cycle, alongside Armidex. With pct of clomid and nolva.
Breakfast 1 protein shake and banana .
    Gym
Pwo protein shake with Oats and 2 egg whites.
Lunch: low carb pasta with steak
Between lunch and dinner: fruit, Almonds and tuna in spring water.
    Dinner: chicken breast with vegetables.

Being on hgh it seems as though I'm always hungry so I carry some unsalted almonds with me to munch on.

I have 3iu of hgh on waking up and another 3iu in the evening.
    Thanks

    1. What is your height?

    2. What is your cycle history, if there is one?

    3. For how long have you been researching AAS?

    4. How much do you think you have benefited from 6iu of HGH use so far?

    5. What does your training routine look like, including cardio?

    6. What is your current BF%?

    7. Diet needs to improved IMO.

    Thanks bro for your reply.
    I'm 173cm tall, 75kgs, almost 39 years old.

Never been on a cycle but planning to start one when I'm ready.(when diet is in check and my pct comes through)
The hgh has helped me a lot with in regards to weight loss and skin. I also sleep like a baby.
My training is 5 min cardio, then a solid 40 min on weights, then 20 min cardio. That's 5 days a week.
Current bf is approx 15% , need to get it measured properly by a doctor and not the online calculators, I look pretty skinny though, just have a little fat on my lower abs.

Sleeping like a baby......ooooooohhhhhh how I remember those deep sleeps!

How about changing the banana for either raspberries or blueberries? Some hear love the banana idea. But IMO it might be spiking your insulin a bit too much. And the low carb pasta. Could you switch that to a sweet potato or yam?

    Fine tuning......

i would take out the shake you are having first thing in the morning and swap it with a good protein source i.e. tuna or eggs, your body can benefit a lot more from real food as opposed to shakes

Have you read the lean bulking sticky by GBrice? If not, I'd suggest you read it a d rework and relist your diet, with macro's and cals detailed so you can get a proper critique.
