i am currently curing and seeing results from one or both changes to my diet; no food until 10am off days, small protein/carb at 7am on gym days.....my question is related to cardio and the nutrition required after low intensity cardio specifically which i an going to start doing on non workout days. Should i ALWAYS eat something, or ifcan champ it out, should i, until my normal time of 10am......workout at 5am, up at 430 (on current rest days i am going to work early so up at same time...)
