    should i eat after cardio?

    i am currently curing and seeing results from one or both changes to my diet; no food until 10am off days, small protein/carb at 7am on gym days.....my question is related to cardio and the nutrition required after low intensity cardio specifically which i an going to start doing on non workout days. Should i ALWAYS eat something, or ifcan champ it out, should i, until my normal time of 10am......workout at 5am, up at 430 (on current rest days i am going to work early so up at same time...)

    fasting is a good method for not only getting lean but also staying lean. are u asking if u should eat immediately after cardio or if u can wait a few hrs?

    IMO u can wait. i do 2 cardio sessions (30min intervals/ 60min moderate) on non training days both fasted (noon, 1800) and have cut fat substantially and lost little to no LBM while getting stronger, so i say waiting is fine..

    workout for a long period and then maintaining the heat in ourself for a while .... then we can eat foe doing thins we haveto be some what precise so that we will not get sick because our whole body is bussy in workout pace so we must wait before eating after a heavy workout

    Ok awesome, thanks guys...yes i want to wait to eat, i know everyone sees results differently but if you've seen results i expect i will also....

    Im usually NOT hungry after cardio. Last night, I waited a few hours before i age again.

    I was not hungry either, did 30min on elliptical....wanted to row but a bunch of people were using them in a class....oh well
