    The Almighty Calorie

Really simple question. You go into a hard cut at 1200 calories a day. You debate two meal options. The first is very clean and very low fat. The second has 600 fat calories.

If you do the diet with the fat calories, will your body composition overall be softer and less lean (this would be logical)
What about fat loss. You are only consuming 1200 calories - the fact that half is fat is it going to make you hold fat more and slower to lose it? (this would be logical also)
