what you guys think about this diet for lean muscle gains and big drop in bodyfat ???
meal 1:
30g whey protein
meal 2:
6 whole eggs scrambled
meal 3: PW
60g brown basmati rice & 100g tuna
meal 4:
50g whey protein & banana
meal 5:
150g chicken breast & 60g peanut butter
meal 6:
4 eggs scrambled & 5 heads borocli
meal 7:
300g cottage cheese
eating every 2 hours apart from i have meal number 2 about 1 hour after meal no.1
going for muscle gains but i want to drop my b/f from about 14% down to about 8% in 8-10 weeks
cycle is testosterone & anavar
