    Talking What to eat?

    Right now im actually in the grocery Store so reply fast! Im on the fast track to getting fit no more crapap for me. Please give me all the suggestions you can im 188 lbs 18 yes Old and roughly 30-35 % Body fat trying to cut as much as i can before I start bulking... Suggest Away!

    Lean cuts of beef Turkey chicken sweet potatoes green leaf veg eg broccoli brown rice I use spices and herbs to keep things fresh .

    Sweet potatoes
    Eggs
    Chicken breast
    Fish
    Very lean beef(ground96/4)
    Low carb cottage cheese
    Broccoli
    Spinach
    Green beans
    Cauliflower
    Omega 3 fish oils

    This is not exhaustive. Lean cuts if pork etc are also allowable.

    Ps make it chicken Breast without the skin same with turkey low fat milk semi skim no white bread white bread is evil some brown bread ok go for hole grain for ruffage.
