Hey stem, lookin to switch things up a bit... Been running a calorie deficit for 4 weeks now, want to up the cals for the last 4 weeks of my cycle. Nothing crazy, just a bit above maintenance. Obviously the split would be different, whats a common split , 40/40/20 pretty standard or what ?

Have you been on 100g carbs? If so I'd look to raise them, 40/40/20 is a usual split and adjust from there. I think carbs and protein at 250g and fat at 50-60g now. You can always adjust carbs according to how you react to them being increased. Maybe even up to 300g it a touch more. Don't forget, you'll need to up them again during PCT though.

Upping them on PCT is the purpose of what?
Going to try 250/250/50-60 like you said and see how she goes, I can't see myself gaining to much fat I hope I do cardio bout 5 times a week
