Gaining weight through liquid-based nutrition
Has anyone had experience building a weight-gain program around high calorie / highly nutritional beverages? At 51 years old, I don't have nearly the appetite that I used to. If I didn't push myself, I'd have a piece of toast and coffee at 8:00 and be fine until 2:00. I don't think I'd have any problem downing multiple 400+ calorie beverages (on top of my usual food intake).
Can a weight-gain diet be built around liquids? FYI, I'm currently 6'1, 192 lbs, BF 14%, and have worked out almost daily with weights for years. Would like to reach 200.
