Possible to eat too few calories on a cut?

    Hey all

I know the rule of thumb is 500 calories, but I'm just wondering if it's possible to go lower without significant muscle loss if protein is very high. My TDEE is 3000 and I was thinking about 1500 calories for a 12 week cut.

Are you running a cycle while cutting?

Nah mate I just finished my first cycle a month ago, got my blood work back a few weeks ago and I'm good to start cutting. I put on some fat during cycle which is what I want to cut before I start my next cycle in ~12 weeks

been off cycle for 4 weeks and want to run an extreme caloric deficit for an extended period of time. NOT a good idea IMO.

To my knowledge i thought that as long as my test levels are back to normal, which mine are back to naturally high levels, then i am good to start cutting?

Have you ever cut 1500 below maintenance 405? Or is that way too low for your liking?
