Possible to eat too few calories on a cut?
Hey all
I know the rule of thumb is 500 calories, but I'm just wondering if it's possible to go lower without significant muscle loss if protein is very high. My TDEE is 3000 and I was thinking about 1500 calories for a 12 week cut.Last edited by paul606; 02-16-2013 at 12:55 AM.

Yea u will lose some weight at first doing that, but eventually it will stop, then where u gonna go from there.
