I've heard of apple cider vinegar be related to fat loss. Personally, I'll stick with what I know works: proper diet, cardio, and weight training.

Yeah what you say is true, but there is no harm in adding it to your diet, bit of vinegar here and there can be nice, pickled onions spring to mind lol.
Lyle McDonald in his book suggests taking a shot glass full every three hours. It's food for thought.
Any of you guys heard of using cayan pepper as a fat burner?

Apparently it inhibits the gene that stores bodyfat, I could'nt tell you in fine detail of the top of my head but if you google it im sure you will find the answer.
I will copey and paste some info about it out of Lyle McDonalds book later, when I have time.

The ultimate diet, he says it's goid to use on your refeed days, because it weakens the gene that stores bodyfat.

If it helps, how much are we talking about? I can't think that I will be able to take to much of it, if any at all... IMO Cardio is still the best fat burner. It actually burns fat!!

I got my wires crossed, he says you should use it when bulking or refeeding because it slows down the rate your body stores bodyfat. (Allegedly) im refeeding at the moment, instead of downing vinegar, I've added a few pickled onions to every meal. (no love loss if it does'nt work because I enjoy pickled onions lol)

Yup!! vinegar is good for fat loss but excess vinegar can case following problems:

    Stomach Upset
    Dental Erosion
    Digestive Tract Irritation

So, be very precise with the consumption of vinegar.
