Would u say my daily diet is ok to keep growing

I have never really aimed for macros and am scared to cut due to last time I lost so much strength when cutting on macros and I'm more into power lifting but would like to power lift and stay in decent shape not a big Homer Simpson belly if you no what I mean

Its along the lines off today

2 slices brown bread with butter 10 egg whites tin off baked beans and a protein shake what contains 45 gram protein
    Shake before gym
After gym 3 scoops off penut butter
Lunch 2 chicken breasts brown rice
    Snack later on protein shake
Dinner 3 steaks 6 fried eggs tin off beans again
    Before bed shake
All shakes contain 45g protein that's a rough daily diet I try and aim for atleast 3 clean meals a day and keep all snacks as things like penut butter shakes etc
Obv do slip up sometimes with fast food and alcohol but due to suffering with insomnia I don't have set times layed out for meals I just eat when hungry

Where is your macros? Do you even know your total daily macro and caloric intake?

    Eat when hungry?

Not organized at all. I couldn't really answer your question of if you keep growing because I don't know what your stats are as well as not knowing your total calorie or macro intake for each day

Decent food choices. Cut out your peanute butter post workout, you're going to want some fast digesting carbs and protein, not fats.

You eat baked beans with egg whites in the morning? lol. Try to keep the peanut butter to a minimum, don't want to snack on it.

Get this organized up so people can see what you are working with
