to eat, or not to eat?

im on a giant cutt right now1700 cal, and my question is...... is there a time in the evening that is recommended to be too late to eat. im eating no carbs except wats in broccoli asparagus and green beans usually bout 30g. im also doing some home renovations, i get busy and forget to eat my dinner at say 630 its now 845 and i havent eaten. if im not hungry should i eat any how or just go to bed??? is it the less cals the better or should i try and hit my numbers? btw pinning 175mg sust eod and 400mg tren e wk 250 iu hcg wk

Not really, but IMO (and this is highly debatable depending on who you ask), WHAT I eat would be of greater concern. Just think about it - we use energy (food, carbs) to fuel activity. If you're laying down to sleep, that's the least amount of activity you're going to do, so what are you fueling?

Also note it has nothing to do with time of day, but more to do with energy intake relative to activity, i.e. I wouldn't eat much if any starchy or simple carbs at 9pm if I were going to bed at 10pm. Others will argue it's about total energy expenditure, cals in/cals out regardless of time, etc. but I disagree with that philosophy in general.

Man, nothing to worry about here. Are you also eating proteins/fats?

If this happens once in a while, I would eat and not worry about it, carbs or not. Just try not to make a habit of it IMO. You should try and hit your macros every day, but if you skip a meal and come in under here and there, big deal. You're cutting.

lol 16 oz of chicken in one serving is a lot... Most people eat 8oz or so at a time, sure I can eat 1lb but I would never do it.. Gbrice is right, you can find a study either way saying carbs before bed are a no no or carbs before bed are fine, people will argue these points for years to come because there are good points in both arguments... All you can do is experiment with your body, I can tell you for sure that for me eating carbs before bed doesn't make a difference as long as its in my macros...
