    nationally ranked plateau.diet help

hi, nationally ranked bb and for the life of me can't make it to heavyweight weight class. Stats are 198lbs 5'9 26y/o 10-12% bf (maybe a couple less). 6pack Abs without flexing, shoulder and chest striations. Vascular forearms. upperarms. Shins. Calves. Half of thighs. Diet staples for bulking are 20 eggwhites each day split into four snacks with a banana each time. Breakfast around 9 is typically six inch steak cheese and egg sub or meal replacement shake (training manager at a gym and its all i have time for) lunch around 1 is either gritts and eggs or some kind of pasta with chicken or fish or beef. Workout at 3-4 post workout is a protein shake near 4:30 Dinner around 8:30 is usually meat vegetables and potato or pasta/rice. (wife is Italian if you notice the trend). And typically i eat a second dinner around 11 as mentioned i drink the four egg whites and eat the banana before breakfast and between meals.

    I competed at 189 @ 4- 5% last show. I need 205-208 @ 5%
What part of the diet should be tweaked? current cycle (don't flame me for doses... I know the risks and have bloodwork quarterly measuring everything. I know the risks)
    2.5 grams test cypionate /week
    100 anadrol /day
    6-8gh/day
    Insulin 12-15 iu 3x/day

Barakelium welcome (back??) ur join date ??

In any event it appears u should be giving the advice!

Curious do u not count cals and macros?? Have u just figured out what works? Typically if ur trying to gain and not gaining u need to eat more food. Knowing ur macro split would help..

On a side note at some point id be pretty interested to hear what it took for u to get to 4-5%bf?? The lowest i have managed to get (just with TRT dose test cyp and thats it.. ) is 9% at 190lbs 5'9" .. Im thinking in the future something like T3 might be necessary..
