Talking Critique My typical diet please :)

    Hi All,

    Fairly new to these forums.
    26yrs old
    6'3, 185lbs 8-10% BF
Goals; maintain/ be as cut as possible.

This is a typical daily since August, in which I've cut from 210lbs. Ideally I'd like to be 195lb, 8% by summer. I allow myself one cheat meal a week, in which it could be anything from Nachos with everything, all you can eat sushi, or down to the buffet for everything on the menu lol.

I cut out alcohol 2 weeks ago (was 1x a wk prior)

Thanks in advance for tips and suggestions.

IMO I would eat the seasoned beef earlier in the day and substitute it with a nice steak every so often. I'm not a fan of dairy products at night I would do chicken salad or tuna... Looks good though... Train hard brother

    Thanks bro!

Tuna twice a week, due to mercury content?
I also like to add plain, greek yogurt with cut up fruits as part of meal 2 sometimes.

Cottage cheese is good prior to bed...

Mercury content is overlooked so you'll be fine I eat tuna 2x daily sometimes!

    Lose the Nutella bro!

Where's your workout? What time of day? Cardio?

If I was at 8% bf and ate nutella every morning, I would not cut that out. :-)

But no, its not the best option for fat loss.

Do you put it in with your oats? That sounds like a very tasty idea for me :-).

Soo good! Boil water & pour it over the oats, mix in nutella or peanut butter. Add milk.
When I was cutting harder, I didn't add nutella but when i posted about my cycle, there was agreement that 185lbs is far too light for my height.

    Cheers guys.
