    Naked?

So I'm looking to add something as a meal replacement for 2 snack like meals a day. For when I don't have time or access to actual food. Anyone know much about the naked drinks? They seem pretty good and the green machine one is packed with nutrients but is it more of a gimmick? Like I read recently about vitamin water being just about as bad as soda.

All natural pb + whey protein is nectar of the gods.

2 servings of whey + 1.5 servings of pb....gonna be high in fat if you're eating 5-7 times a day so make sure to adjust macros accordingly.

Yes, the Naked drinks do have a decent amount of nutrition to them. However, if you have a juicer you can make your own of those as well. Your other option, if you don't have a juicer, is green smoothies if you have a good quality blender. For your green smoothies, you'll want a base of apple or pineapple to keep it from being bitter. There's a million different videos about them on YouTube. If you use good quality vegetables, these can be absolutely PACKED with micro-nutrients and antioxidants. You can add liquid blue-green algae, or spirulina and chlorella to your smoothie and get the benefits those have to offer as well.

I'll certainly try making my own. Could be healthier plus I'm sure cheaper in the long run

The only problem I see with naked drinks is the sugar content, they are loaded !

This is what I drink for breakfast and it is awesome. I got it on here, I believe gbrices recipe. I add the egg whites but not the natty pb.

    1 cup almond milk
    1/2 scoop ON Casein Chocolate
1/2 scoop ON Pro Complex Vanilla (chocolate is good too, but I like the mix of flavors)
    1/2 cup oats
1tsp of instant coffee (I suggest Foldgers)
splenda, to taste (I use about 7 packets - yea, I like it sweet!)
1/2 cup 1% milkfat, no salt added cottage cheese
    1 cup crushed ice
1tbsp 100% natural unsweetened cocoa powder (use cacao powder if you can get it)
'splash' of fat free half and half (about 2tbsp)

    Blend and enjoy. Provides roughly:

    40g protein
    35g carbs
    5g fat

For a protein boost, add 100% liquid egg whites
For a bit more fat (and taste/texture), add a tbsp of chunky style natty PB (I prefer Smucker's)
