    veggies!!!

my diet is pretty good. i could lose some fat by cutting out the mayo in my tuna and not eating 2 avacadoes a day( but god they are so good). Ive heard people replacing the mayo with nonfat yogurt! any thoughts? My biggest problem is i cant eat any of the good veggies( broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, brussel sprouts), i can eat squash and spinich only if its raw!! Is this lack of veggies going to kill me (lol)? what are the alternatives aside from multi-vitamins?

The first question that comes to mind is WHY can't you eat them? Are you on a blood thinner and therefor have to avoid foods high in Vit K? or is there something else going on? There are work arounds for almost any nutritional "I can't", with a proper understanding of the situation.

You don't have to cut mayo. It's just eggs and EVOO. However, you could minimize it due to it's high calories. Lack of veggies isnt going to kill you, but certainly isn't the healthy route. Multivitamins are garbage and worthless. You're better off supplementing each vitamin/mineral individually for higher doses.

What are your stats? If you're carrying a lot of fat, you could simply go into ketosis and lose a ton fairly quickly. What's your cardio routine?

Light cardio once a week. I will be stepping up cardio. Was apprehensive about cardio on aas bcuz of the whole enlarged heart thing. After reading ALOT, its sounds like thats a myth.
As for the "good for u veggies" I cant stand the taste, smell, or texture of any of them. Ive tried to eat them, but they make me gag!!

Kill carbs. It will take about 2 weeks to shed the carbs from your system (ketosis), then your body has no choice but to burn fat. You could shed 15 lbs fairly quickly if you cardio up. After a month you can slowly start to introduce carbs.
