Hello everyone ... I 18y.o., high bf, I have to lose weight ... height 1.70
diet:
Just awake STACKS (yombimina 10mg, 25mg DMAA, Caffeine 200mg + vitamins, tyrosine)
After about Cardio 2orette
Meal 1: 200g lean meat or fish + Many vegetables +1 tablespoons of olive oil
Weight training
Meal 2: 30g whey +30 g carbon powder
Meal 3: 300g meat or fish + Many vegetables +1 tablespoon of olive oil
Meal 4: Yogurt fage total protein +10 g dried fruit.
Calories: 1500
Prots: 150g
Carb: 80g
Fats: 40g
I do lots of cardio ... according to the calories are low?

You need to post your weight and BF estimate.... Maybe 18% from that pic.... Hard to tell tho

Gioz, how much do you weigh? You wont get any feed back unless you post your stats, people cant just make shit up based on nothing
