I love my shakes but IMO you drinking way to many, stick with one maybe two. But you need to figure up your cal needs then drop 500 and start there.

Try ketosis. I find it to be the most efficient way of burning fat. If you're concerned about loss of muscle mass, try the Anabolic Diet.

Good LUCK!
Well one tip i wold recommend for you, that your eating too often brother! Eat a low carb breakfast and then spread out carbs before your workout! One more thing I would recommend for you is a good supplement. Sometimes dieting can get hectic man, you're going to need an extra push! So I would suggest checking this out. check out best legal steroids on this site, if you want more info. They have some good info on there for supplements! Best of luck brother and hope you the best for luck in your diet !!

Unlike the guy above i recommend no carbs for breakfast, you can find lots of threads about this topic from me in this forum.
I dont like second meal with just carbs, need to add protein to it, plus i like little bit of fats with all my meals the quantity depends on the level of fats, this slow down the digestion and lowers overall blood sugar impact. also banana and almonds meal can use some improvement.
Its a good start it dows look clean which is great way to start your journey.
