cutting diet for women
hey guys my girlfriend is wanting cut some body fat. What do you guys think about this diet. Any critiquing is appreciated thanks guys and girls.

Meal 1
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 oz of chicken or turkey breast
1/2 cup steamed spinach
½ Ezekiel English muffin with a light spread of raw almond butter
25g protein, 0-10g carbohydrates, 7.5g fat 207 calories
Meal 2
1 scoop protein
10 raw almonds
25g protein, 0-5g carbohydrates, 7g fat 187 calories
Meal 3
3.7 oz grilled chicken breast or halibut/tilapia/mahi or Tuna
(albacore packed/canned in water) or 3 oz of lean red meat
1/2 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans

Meal 4 pre-WO

I would recommend she start lifting to build up her LBM which means she will get a little heavier but look tighter/smaller.
Is she willing to workout and gain some muscle???
