    cutting diet for women

    hey guys my girlfriend is wanting cut some body fat. What do you guys think about this diet. Any critiquing is appreciated thanks guys and girls.

    Her stats
    age: 21
    weight:110
    BF%: not sure
    Height: 5'5"

    Diet:

    Total Calories: 1225

    Meal 1
    3 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    2 oz of chicken or turkey breast
    1/2 cup steamed spinach
    ½ Ezekiel English muffin with a light spread of raw almond butter
    25g protein, 0-10g carbohydrates, 7.5g fat 207 calories


    Meal 2
    1 scoop protein
    10 raw almonds
    25g protein, 0-5g carbohydrates, 7g fat 187 calories


    Meal 3
    3.7 oz grilled chicken breast or halibut/tilapia/mahi or Tuna
    (albacore packed/canned in water) or 3 oz of lean red meat
    1/2 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans
    25g protein, 0-5g carbohydrates, 0-5g fat 142 calories


    Meal 4 pre-WO
    3.7 oz grilled chicken breast or halibut/tilapia/mahi or Tuna
    (albacore packed/canned in water)
    ½ cup steamed Broccoli or green beans
    3 oz baked sweet potato or 3.5 oz brown rice
    25g protein, 30g carbohydrates, 0-5g fat 242 Calories


    Meal 5 post-WO
    3.5 oz grilled chicken breast or halibut/tilapia/mahi or Sirloin fillet or Tuna
    (albacore packed/canned in water)
    ½ cup steamed Broccoli or green beans
    4 oz baked sweet potato or 4.5 oz brown rice
    25g protein, 40g carbohydrates,0-5g fat 282 calories

    Given this I think she needs to start lifting. I hope you and her don't take this the wrong way, but she fits into what I call skinny fat. Your gal needs to stop focusing scale weight cuz she is tiny at 110.

    I would recommend she start lifting to build up her LBM which means she will get a little heavier but look tighter/smaller.

    Is she willing to workout and gain some muscle???

    I ran the total macros at the highest number and looks like this is a 43/27/22 split roughly. Food choices are clean. 50/30/20 is the split I would work towards.
