If you want to look good NOW cut, then you will see. I told you about those biceps, that's what they are saying they will come right out. When you get leaner you will see just what really need immediate attention other the whole body as we know. Then build big mass, Good Luck ...crazy mike

OP - we can sit here and argue over arbitrary (because we're all wrong guessing anyway) numbers all day. What I think we can ALL agree on is the fact that you'll look much better with a lower bodyfat.
Cut, no question. Trust me, I know from first hand experience how crappy it feels to cut and look/feel like a scrawny little nothing, but remember that it's only temporary. You'll have a MUCH easier time building muscle starting with a 'blank canvas' vs. trying to juggle maintaining a mid-level bodyfat and building muscle. Further, our bodies seem to partition nutrients more efficiently as we get leaner. i.e. people with higher bodyfat tend to store more bodyfat, and vice versa. Ain't that a bitch? But, nobody said this game was fair!

No way he is 20% or higher. Yes, his LBM is low but I am sticking with Gbrice on this one. I would guess 17-18% BF. In any case, cutting would be the way to go.

I have never got the whole gaining weight over the holiday thing. Just how much do people change their eating habits over a given time/holiday? I mean from October to now what you have Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter? That's only 5 days of eating bad or not good. A few days of eating bad is not going to do that to you.
People need to stop using the Holiday excuse. It's nothing more than poor eating habits. Doesnt matter what time of year it is.

Yes exactly poor eating habits!but the holiday gives you the excuse to do it..and on top of all that i have been drinking too.im not going to lie hell i got two kids and i love pizza,candy and mac and cheese etc.....but its ok ill lose the fat again it just slows down the look i want.nobodys to blame but myself!!!!!

1700 cals a day
Cardio in the am
Lifting in the pm
I don't know but i might try the IF diet
I will lose 10-15 get back to you with pics and we can see if im ready to bulk....really would like to bulk fast as possible
